Manage signal sources

  • Click the Manage Sources button
  • Select or remove the signal sources you want to use in this connection from the popup list
  • Click Save to confirm

The signal sources need to be connected first to available here. Check below links for more details about connecting signal sources:

Note: If you turned off specific groups/channels when connecting your Telegram account as a signal source, they will also not be available here.


Manage signal receivers

  • Click the Manage Receivers button
  • Select or remove the signal receivers you want to use in this connection from the popup list
  • Click Save to confirm

The signal receivers need to be connected first to available here. Check below links for more details about connecting signal receivers:

In the example connection above:

  • Signals are received from these signal sources:

    • TradingView source named Warm TradingView Signals
    • Telegram channel 100 Pips Forex Channel
    • Telegram group To The Moon Crypto Group
  • When a signal is received from one of the above sources, it will be processed in 3 receivers:

    • Warm MT4 Receiver
    • Easy MT5 Receiver
    • Chill Binance Receiver

This is a complex setup with multiple signal sources and multiple signal receivers. Of course, you can also receive signals from only 1 source and process them in only 1 receiver.

Manage trading time

  • Click Edit icon to update your trading time
  • Select your trading days an times as your expectation
  • Click Save to confirm

If you trading signal outside this window, they will be ignored and not processed in your receivers. Times are in UTC.


Manage notifications

You can receive instant notifications via a Telegram chat when your trading signals are processed successfully and/or failed. Follow these steps to receive notifications for events you care:

  • Start a chat with our Telegram Notify Bot by click this link.
  • Type /chatid to receive the Chat Id. It should be a number that looks like 2012286789
  • Click Edit icon to update notifications
  • Enter the Chat Id above into as notification address
  • Click Save to confirm

From now on, whenever a signal is processed successfully and/or failed, you wil received a message with details of trading signal and processng recult in the chat above.

History logs

History Logs let you know exactly what happened and when it happened with real-time accuracy and rich context. Every action is recorded in a format that is easy to scan, search, and analyze.

  • History Logs are available on the Manage Connection page for each specific connection.
  • Logs are automatically generated whenever a trade signal is received - even if the signal is invalid or in the wrong format.
  • Use logs to monitor activity or troubleshoot issues. They are ideal for tracking trades and investigating errors.
  • Up to 30 days of history logs are available.

  1. Choose the filter options you need
  2. Click Apply Filter
  3. Review the filtered logs in the list below

To reset all filters, click Clear Filter.

  • Period: Filter logs by a specific time range.

  • Status: Filter logs by status.

    • Succeeded: Signal processed successfully.
    • Failed: Signal processing failed (invalid signal, invalid account, outside market hours, etc.).
    • Filtered: Signal was filtered and not processed (outside trading hours, exceeded risk limits, filtered symbols, etc.).
  • Action: Filter logs by action type (Buy, Sell, Close, Cancel, etc.).


Log listing

We've designed logs to be both clear and informative:

  • Clean log list layout: Easily scan and understand what happened at a glance.
  • Detailed log entries: Each item includes all relevant information about how your trading signal was processed.

From the log list, you can quickly identify:

  • Processing status: Displayed with an icon and color. Errors are highlighted so you can spot them instantly.
  • Signal time: When the signal was received.
  • Message ID: Automatically generated by Signal Copier Bot.
  • Receiver app: Where the signal was delivered (e.g., MT4, MT5, Binance, etc.).
  • Signal action: What was processed from the signal (e.g., Buy, Sell, Close).

To see more details, click the icon at the end of the row. Additional information includes:

Signal Info

  • Source: Name of the signal source.
  • Receiver: Name of the receiver.
  • Signal: Content of the received signal.

Processing Result

  • Ticket Number: The trade ticket number.
  • Ticket Status: The result of the processed action.
  • Symbol: The asset symbol of the trade.
  • Trade Time: The execution time based on the trade server (not your local device).
  • Details: Full trade details, including Status, Type, Size, Stop Loss, Take Profit, Breakeven, Trailing Stop, and more.

Notes

  • A single trading signal can trigger multiple trades. For example, one close signal might close five open positions. All related trades are grouped into a single log item.
